Silverado’s first Colorado project, a 24,000 square foot building built for The Solomon Foundation which will serve as a food bank for “SECOR Cares” a Christian outreach feeding people in need in south Denver. The building consists of a dry food storage warehouse, a market, refrigeration, and office space for SECOR Cares. There is also an elderly activity center along with a clothing thrift store, both operated by other non-profit entities. Tom Vick served as Silverado’s project manager and Thomas Duran as Silverado’s Foreman, we worked closely with Mishler Construction, the Beck Design team, and The Solomon Foundation to produce a top-notch facility that serves the people of south Denver.
